How it work:

1.First just simply send me the image with a .jpg, or .png file (Don't purchase yet, You pay later!)

2.Within a couple of hours your logo embroidery is ready, I will send youa screen capture so you can visualize how it looks like once embroidered (or within 12 hours at most if I am not online)*

3.If you like the logo embroidery screen capture I sent you, proceed to purchase and provide me the type of machine file you need the size(s) of the logo

3. Once your purchase is confirmed I will send you the files within 30 minutes if I am online, or if offline within 12 hours

4.You may request revisions I will not charge you extra as long as we work on the same logo (same source file and exactly the same design)

5. You may request several sizes I will not charge you extra (initial order and within 24 hours following your purchase)

6. You may add text I will not charge you extra (initial order and within 24 hours following your purchase)

>You must be familiar with machine embroidery methods and technics and I am not responsible for misaligned areas that are typically due to a problem with the stabilizer or the machine settings,

>I usually respond within minutes, in case I am not online just send me your logo and I will do my best to send your screen capture as soon as possible,

>Every detail is digitized to the finest

>Pixelated images that needs to be cleaned and/or sharpened, images with differents shades of colors that need to be flattened, or working from a photo of an actual embroidery will complexify the work and therefore rank on a higher difficulty level with a higher price

>I will convert your file by digitizing it manually at very high definition, and by editing manually stitch angles

>For a better rendition I will use satin stitches where ever it is possible

>I deliver a digital product not a patch, you will need an embroidery machine to stitch the design
